License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Oktoprism, you agree to this License Agreement.

1. Personal License

A Personal License allows one individual to:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build personal and commercial applications.
• Modify and customize the source code.
• Sell products built using Oktoprism.
• Charge customers for those products.

A Personal License does not allow you to share the original Oktoprism source code with other developers.

2. Team License

A Team License allows a licensed team or company to:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build personal or commercial applications.
• Modify and customize Oktoprism.
• Share the source code with members of the licensed team.
• Sell products built using Oktoprism.

Team members may only use Oktoprism for projects belonging to the licensed team or organization.

3. What You Can Build

You can use Oktoprism to build SaaS applications, AI tools, marketplaces, productivity products, internal tools, subscription products, client applications, and other software products.

You keep the revenue generated by the products you build. Oktoprism does not take royalties or ownership in your business.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell Oktoprism as a standalone product.
• Redistribute the Oktoprism source code.
• Publish the private source code publicly.
• Sell it as another SaaS starter, boilerplate, template, or theme.
• Create a competing starter by substantially repackaging Oktoprism.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license.

5. Client Work

You may use Oktoprism to build applications for clients and deliver the finished application to them.

However, the client does not automatically receive an independent Oktoprism license or the right to reuse Oktoprism for unrelated projects.

6. Ownership

Oktoprism retains ownership of the original product, including its source code, documentation, branding, and original materials.

You retain ownership of the business logic, branding, content, and original features you create for your own products.

7. Attribution

You are not required to display "Built with Oktoprism" or any other attribution in the products you create.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

Oktoprism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will remain error-free or compatible forever with every third-party service, framework, library, or dependency.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oktoprism will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the product.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Oktoprism.

10. Termination

Oktoprism may terminate a license if this Agreement is materially violated, including unauthorized resale or redistribution of the source code.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
